At Webb & Stephens, we walk alongside families every day, and we constantly witness the deep love and support that goes into caring for a loved one. We believe true heroes in our community are the caregivers who devote themselves to easing the journey of others.

 

Whether it is a dedicated healthcare or hospice professional bringing clinical expertise and empathy, or a family member stepping into the role of an around-the-clock caregiver at home, their devotion deserves to be celebrated.

 

To honor these extraordinary individuals, we are proud to present the Compassionate Heart Award. This program recognizes both professional and personal caregivers who consistently go above and beyond, providing comfort, dignity, and unwavering support during life’s most tender moments.

How it works.

We recognize the many emotional challenges that come with being a caregiver. The hours are often unpredictable, and the circumstances can be difficult. Each month, we will recognize one caregiver who has been nominated by peers, friends, patients, families, or anyone who wishes to highlight the impact of their caring service.

 

The monthly recipient will receive an award and a gift card. At the end of the year, we will host a banquet to honor all monthly recipients. During this celebration, a Review Committee will select one individual as “Compassionate Heart of the Year,” who will receive a special gift.
