A private family graveside will be held for Mr. William Wayne Mathis.

Mr. Mathis, 75, of Eutaw, AL passed away Saturday at Baptist Medical Center in Montgomery, AL.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy Slay; brother, Billy Ray Mathis Sr. (Nell); five nieces; and two nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents J.H. and Pauline Mathis; wife, Gaye Mathis; and a niece.
