William Lancaster

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mr. William  Lee “Burt” Lancaster.

Mr. Lancaster, 76, of Meridian, passed away Saturday, June 20th, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Nell Smith Lancaster; children, Jennifer Rau (Chris), David Lancaster (Ruthie), Jeff Lancaster (Marlo); ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Peggy White, Ruth Culpepper, and T.A. Parker; and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Velma Lancaster; brothers, Gene Lancaster and James “Red” Lancaster; sisters, Dorothy Troutman and Doris Harper; and various in-laws.
