A graveside service for William “Carl” Bullock will be held Friday, May 22, 2026, 11:30 a.m., at Meridian Memorial Park cemetery with Bro. Damon Williams officiating. Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes are honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
Mr. Bullock, 68, of Collinsville, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Baptist Anderson Hospital.
Carl was a hard worker, dedicating many years to life on the road as a truck driver. He enjoyed working with his hands, and there weren’t many projects that he couldn’t tackle. He was loved by all who met him, and he would do anything for anyone in need. He was known for his sense of humor, often telling jokes or being silly to embarrass his children and grandchildren. Carl was a wonderful and kind man, but his greatest joy and accomplishment was being a devoted husband, and loving father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all whose life he touched.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Melinda Bullock; children, Brandie Duncan (Wade), Brenda Todd (Travis), and Bruce Bullock (Miranda); grandchildren, Logan Duncan, Dylan Duncan, Taylor Todd (Kayla), Tanna Williams (Tristan), Bryce Bullock, and Payson Bullock; great grandson, Talon Williams; and brother, Leslie Bullock.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Carl and Jeffie Jane Aycock Bullock; and brother, James Martin “Marty” Bullock.
Pallbearers will include Taylor Todd, Dylan Duncan, Bryce Bullock, Wade McKee, Tucker Hillman, and Jesse Hillman.
Honorary pallbearers will include Will McQueen, Bruce Dees, and Melvin Boyd.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Antioch Southern Methodist Church Youth Group - 11441 Centerhill Martin Rd Collinsville, MS 39325 or Healthwellfoundation.org
The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North.
