Wesley Massey, Sr.

Services for Mr. Wesley A. Massey, Sr. will be held Saturday, October 04, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Kenneth Owen officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Massey, 72, of Meridian, died Thursday, October 02, 2008 at his residence. He was the retired owneroperator of Masseys Garage for 27 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served 40 years in the Fleet Reserve.

Survivors include: his wife: Martha Jean Massey of Meridian; his son: Wesley A. Massey, Jr. and his wife, Gayle of Mesquite, TX; his daughter: Kimberly Massey of Houston, TX; his granddaughter: Lauren Kennedy of Houston, TX; his brothers: Alfred Massey of Bowman, GA and Linsey Massey of Bowman, GA; his sisters: Janelle Lucas of Tampa, FL; and Irene Marlow of Bowman, GA;

He was preceded in death by his parents: William Alden and Mary Etta Massey and his brother: Clyde Martin Massey.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 03, 2008, from 5:00 P.M. 8:00 P.M at the funeral home.
