Graveside services for Virgil B. Harris were held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Joshua Yeager officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Harris, age 76, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. Survivors include his daughters, Karen Elizabeth Manning and Rebecca Ann Harris; a sister, Dorothy Jean Kelly; a brother, Norman Harris; grandchildren, Michelle Manning, Jonathan Manning and Jonathan Worrell. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence E. Shirley Rich.
