Shirley M. Warren

A graveside memorial service for Shirley M. Warren will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Rush Cemetery in the Kipling Community with Bro. Cliff Barker officiating.

Miss Warren, 79, of DeKalb, passed away February 15, 2025, at Ochsner Rush Hospital in Meridian.

Shirley was a hard-working lady who loved to keep busy. Some of her hobbies included working crossword puzzles, watching game shows, and feeding her hummingbirds. She will be remembered most for being a loving daughter, sister, cousin, and friend.

She is survived by her sister, Kathleen Warren; aunt, Maudine Trosper; uncle, Marvin Key Warren; and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.R. and Sadie Warren.
