Mr. Reynolds, 40, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Edward and Irene Seeley; Oscar and Clara Reynolds.
Phillip is survived by his parents, Phillip Jerry and Jackie Reynolds; daughter, Alexis Reynolds; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
