Mary Inez Munn went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 7, 2026, at the age of 89, surrounded by the love she had spent a lifetime giving so freely to others.
Inez lived a life marked by her faith, hard work, and devotion to family. She was the heart of her home, and her door was always open and her table always full. Nannie, as she was lovingly known after the first grandchild was born, poured herself into her family and was her greatest joy. Family gatherings grew to around forty-five people and Nannie managed to feed each one with home-cooked meals from scratch and with love that could be tasted in every bite. Her cooking and baking were legendary, and she shared that gift and passed it on to her family.
She is survived by her children, Renee Laird (James), Randy Munn (Allison), Tijuana Little (Randy), all of Little Rock, and Robin Martin (Darron) of Causeyville.
Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Misty Mayerhoff (Marshall), Bethany Wood (Greg), Brandye Vance (Greg), Daniel Munn, Lindsey McMillan (Andy), Olivia Kamper (Dalton), and Victoria Martin; and also through her eighteen great grandchildren, Luke Mayerhoff (Taylor), Fletcher Mayerhoff, Lila Mayerhoff, Tyson Wood, Gracey Wood, Westen Wood, Madeline Vance, Maggie Vance, Emma Kate Munn, Reeves Munn, Judson Munn, Brennen McMillan, Keaton McMillan, Corbin McMillan, Colby Ashton McMillan, Tate Kamper, and Mary Callen Kamper; and brother, I.D. Herrington (Ann).
She also leaves behind her beloved little dog, Muffin, who never left her side.
Inez was welcomed into heaven by her husband, Billy Munn; grandson, Colby Little; and granddaughter, Krissi Munn.
Beyond her family, Nannie found great joy in tending her garden, nurturing her vegetables and flowers.
Above all else, her life was rooted in her faith. She loved the Lord and her church at Hopewell. Traveling with the Triple L Club brought her laughter, friendship, and many cherished memories. Her life was a living testimony of service to God, her family, and to everyone blessed to know her. Her hands were rarely still, her heart was always giving, and her love will continue through the generations she helped to raise.
Services for Mrs. Munn will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Hopewell Baptist Church in Little Rock. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the service at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Andrew Black officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes are honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
Pallbearers will include Greg Vance, Greg Wood, Dalton Kamper, Andy McMillan, Luke Mayerhoff, and Tyson Wood.
Honorary pallbearers will include her great grandchildren.
