Maria Elena Muñoz-Sanchez

Maria Elena Muñoz Sanchez passed away April 19, 2021in Meridian, MS.

A country girl at heart, she loved talking and visiting with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Always caring and compassionate, she tried to help those she could. Crafting was a passion for her of which crocheting was her favorite. Her faith was strong, and she made several Pilgrimages to visit Basilica de Guadalupe. She will be deeply missed by her family and those who knew her and will live on in their hearts forever.

She is survived by her daughter Maria Elena Espino (Marco Antonio), grandchildren; Maria Elena, Marco Antonio, Maurisio Tobias and Yaretzi Valentina.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Melchor and Margarita Muñoz.
