Private services for Mrs. Marguerite Labat will be held at a later date. James F. Webb Funeral Home in Meridian is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Labat, 49, of Meridian, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at her residence.

Survivors include: her husband: Stephen Labat of Meridian; her mother: Margaret Poythress of Meridian; her daughter: Gega Ann Morgan and her fiance: Troy Smith of Meridian; her sisters: Geraldine Parker and Betty Wilkinson; aunts and uncles: James and Carolyn Talbert; James Lovett, Elsie and Donnie Scarbrough; and Dorothy Lovett; a special cousin: Grace Alexander.

She was preceded in death by her father: James Poythress.
