Marcella Rowe

Funeral services for Marcella Queenia Rowe will be held Tuesday at 11am at First Baptist Church of DeKalb. Bro. James Ruffin will be officiating. Burial will be in Daleville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7pm at Stephens Funeral Home in Dekalb, MS.



Mrs. Rowe, 92, passed away Thursday at her residence. She was born in Tampa, Florida to Paul and Evelyn Mailloux. She will be remembered as the Queen of crafts. She loved crafts and owned a ceramic shop in Dekalb, MS. She was also the past president of the homemaker’s association and loved fishing and shopping.

She is survived by her children Charles Zito (Patti), William Rowe III, Paul Rowe (Cathy), Teresa Wilson, and Ralph Rowe (Jill); 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Evelyn Mailloux; her husband Rev. Dr. William M. Rowe Jr.; and her grandparents Nick and Carrie Danikus.
