Mrs. Douglass, age 88, died Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Rush Hospital. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her three sons: John A. Douglass, David F. Douglass and Eric R. Douglass; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John A. Douglass.
