Linda James

A graveside service for Linda James will be held Friday, March 19, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at Forest Lawn Memory Garden. James F. Webb is in charge of arrangements.

Miss James, 75, of Meridian, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021.

Linda attended Mississippi State University and was a teacher at Meridian public schools. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church and also the Meridian Community Chorus.

She is survived by her brother, J. Elwin James, MD of Spartanburg, SC; nieces, Kellie James and Lauren James, both of Spartanburg, SC; nephew, Robert James of Beaufort, SC; and great nephew, Landan Eastler.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey C. and Ruby S. James.
