Funeral Services for Mrs. Josie M. Jones will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, at 2:00 PM at James F. Webb Chapel with Rev. James E. Sanders officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Newton County.

Mrs. Jones, 87, of Meridian, died Friday, October 19, 2007 at Laird Hospital in Union. She was a graduate of Beulah Hubbard High School in 1938 and a homemaker.

Survivors:

Son: Larry Jones and his wife Gloria of Meridian

Sister: Bernice Ashley of Niceville, FL

Brother: Dorris Johnson of Birmingham, AL

Several nieces and nephews

Preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Jones.

Pallbearers will be Mike Ferguson, Doyle McMullan, Byron Johnson, Hayes McMahan, Wilbert Easom and Micky McMahan .

Visitation will be Monday, October 22, 2007, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at James F. Webb Funeral Home.
