Josephine Lide Mills brRICHMOND, Va. A funeral service for Josephine Lide Mills will be held Saturday Jan. 2nd at 1 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home, 2514 7th St., Meridian, Miss. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Meridian. Mrs. Mills, 84, of Richmond and formerly of Hampton, Va. and Meridian, Miss., peacefully passed away on Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, in Richmond. She was born in Meridian, Miss. Jo as she was fondly known, is survived by her sons, Martin and his wife, Cindy, of Jetersville, Va., Robert and his wife, Claire, of Richmond, Va.; daughter, Janice of Charlottesville, Va.; grandson, Shawn and his wife, Crystal, of Sterling, Va.; granddaughter, Katherine of Charlottesville, Va.; great-granddaughter, Autumn of Sterling, Va.; a sister, Marilyn Lide Freeman Zachry and her husband, Bill, of Jackson, Miss.; as well as many nieces and nephews of whom she was very proud. She was preceded in death by her father, Martin Luther Lide; her mother, Martha Ellen Lide; and seven sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Francis Home, 65 W. Clopton St., Richmond, Va. 23225, would be appreciated. br
