will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at

10:00 AM at Webb Chapel with Rev. Delbert

Lathan and Rev. Allen Gibson officiating.

Interment will be at New Hope Baptist Church

Cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home in

charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Shields, 91, died on Sunday, June 28, 2009

at her residence in Meridian.

She is survived by her sons: Robert Earl Shields

and his wife, Huguette and Danny Shields all of

Meridian; a grandson, Edward Shields of Santa Rosa,

New Mexico; a granddaughter, Susan K. Williams

and her husband, James of Meridian.

She was preceded in death by her husband,

Robert Marshall Shields and a son,

Johnny Marshall Shields; brothers:

Earnest Bracken, Roy Bracken; sisters:

Bertha Bostick, Eama Williams and Edna Baldwin.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 30, 2009

from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
