Johnnie Montgomery

Graveside services for Johnnie Montgomery will be held Friday, August 8, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Greg Massey officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Montgomery, 84, of Clarksville, Tenn., died Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, at Clarksville Manor Nursing Home. She was born on Feb. 24, 1924, in Meridian, the daughter of the now late William E. and Glennie McKee Fulton. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include her sister, Frances Pittman of Clarksville, Tenn., nieces, Regina Pittman, Rebecca Hambrick and Johnnie Rasch; a great-niece, and four great-nephews; a great-great-niece and five great-great-nephews; grandchildren, Chris Montgomery, Debbie Presnell, Scott Montgomery and Doug Montgomery; 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul F. Montgomery in 1978; a sister, Eugenia Adams and a step-son, Franklin Montgomery. Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church in Meridian.
