Jerry Neal

A private graveside service will be held for Mr. Jerry A. Neal. Rev. Gene Higginbotham will be officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Neal, 82, retired owner of Neal’s Wrecker Service in Meridian, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He dedicated a life long service to his customers, a known supporter of the Meridian Police Department and a man that was known that he was good to his word.

Mr. Neal is survived by his only child Kathy Neal Duncan and husband Phil of Madison, MS; grandsons Daniel Lowe (Jenny), Matthew Lowe (Pamela); three great grandchildren and two nephews. He is also survived by his brother James H. “Jimmy” Neal and wife Norma of Alabaster, AL.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Dorothy Neal and his wife Peggy Eshee Neal.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials in Mr. Neal’s name be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
