Graveside services for Jeannette Lee Erhart Walker will be held Monday, May 8, 2023, 1:00 p.m., at Enterprise Cemetery. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-Downtown is charge in arrangements.

Mrs. Walker, 96, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023, at her residence.

Jeannette lived in Gulfport, MS for 28 years and worked at the aluminum extrusion plant for over 25 years where she was a purchasing agent. She resigned to move back to Enterprise. In Enterprise, she served several years as Town Clerk. She was an independent Avon salesperson for 18 years where she received numerous sales awards. She was a member of Cotton Heights Free Will Baptist Church and a former Sunday School teacher.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Walker; stepchildren, Sheila Walker Berkley of Bentonville, AR, Deborah Erhart Armstrong (Tom) of Gulfport, MS, and Nancy Erhart McKinley of Muncie, IN; grandchildren, Sherry Murphy (Henry) of Gulfport, MS, and Nathan Berkley of Bentonville, AR; great grandson Michael Murphy of Gulfport, MS; special nephew, Tommy Voyles of Mooresville, NC; and a very dear friend, Melba Bledsoe of Meridian, MS.

She is preceded in death by her previous husband, Irvin L. Erhart; parents, Edgar and Dorothy Helms Lee; brother, William “Bill” Lee and his wife, Quida Seale Lee; and stepson, Terry Erhart.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Cotton Heights Church.
