Janice Rosetta Townsend

Janice Rosetta Townsend, 71, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Anderson Hospital. The family will have a private memorial service celebrating her life at a later date.

She is survived by her children, Kimberly Rouse, Earl Alphin, Jr., Judy Baughman, and Wesley B. Alphin and his wife Julie; 9 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; sisters, Loretta Johnson, Shirley Keating and husband Chuck, Patricia Ulrich and husband Ray, and Mary Lou Pearson and husband Benny; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents, Burdette and Veronica Townsend; daughter, Veronica Ross Smith; and husband Leotha Herrrington.
