Gerald Briggs

Graveside services for Mr. Gerald Briggs will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, 2:00 p.m., at Snell Church of God Cemetery.  The staff of Webb & Stephens Downtown is honored to assist the family during this time of loss.

Gerald was a devoted servant of God and was known to preach at many locations.  He attended Faith Chapel Church in Butler, AL. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Jeffrey, Charles, Jimmy, Missy, and Anitra; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Raybon and Gail Briggs; and by a host of friends and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Briggs.

Pallbearers will include her grandsons, Tyler, Michah, Braden, Kolby, Jonathan, and Shane.

Honorary pallbearers will include Donnie Scarbrough, Andy Linton, Leland Butler, Buster Jennings, Shane McMullen, and members of Faith Chapel Church.
