Evelyn A. Moore passed away on April 22, 2024 in DeKalb, Mississippi. She was born on October 26, 1930 in Neshoba County, Mississippi to William “Bilbo” Anthony and Bernice Anthony.
Evelyn is survived by her son Jimmy Dale Moore, daughter Patricia Moore Redd, grand-daughter Summer Redd Summers, great-grandchildren Makenzie, James, and Caroline Summers. Her sisters, Carolyn Copeland and Shirley (Jim) Buckley. Brothers, Shelby Anthony (Cynthia) and William Anthony. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and a special friend and caregiver, Issac Sims.
She is preceded in death by her husband Odell Moore, infant daughter, her parents, sisters; Grace Cannon Frances Fryery, Janet Anthony, Issie Gene Anthony, and Betty Petty Dean; Brothers Oliver, Otha, and Bobby Anthony and Edward Petty.
Pallbearers: Stan Copeland, Wade Fulton, Jason Hudnall, Jimmy Wayne McGowen, Issac Sims, Robert Williams
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Pinecrest Cemetery in DeKalb, Mississippi.
