Eula Jane Tucker, 73, of Collinsville, passed away on May 27, 2026, at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula.

Jane was born to Boman and Margaret (Stewart) Tanner on July 22, 1952, in Meridian, MS. Jane attended Southeast Lauderdale Highschool. She was a lifelong member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for the US Postal Service for many years before retiring to spend time with her family.

Jane loved spending time with her family and looked forward to her afternoon calls with her loving daughter, Christy, to catch up on the events of the day and evening calls with her loving sister-in-law, Tabatha, to keep up with her workday travels. But most of all, she loved spending time with her lifelong best friend and husband, Jessie. She enjoyed keeping up with her great grandson's activities, whom she loved dearly and Tara, her first grandchild, who she adored and shared a special bond with. Jane also enjoyed listening to country music and going to the beach.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 54 years, Jessie H. Tucker; her children, Christy Tucker Kuhn (Terry) of Spanish Fort, AL, and Roger Ray Tucker of Collinsville, MS; her beloved grandchildren, Tara Gardner Miller (Cody) of Stapleton, AL, Darren Tucker of Collinsville, MS, and Kylee Tucker of Meridian, MS, and great-grandchildren, Easton and Jessie Wyatt Miller; her sister, Alice Robinson of Long Beach, MS; her loving sisters-in-law, Fran Tucker Smith (Jerry) of Meridian, MS, Kathy Tucker Smith (Ricky) of Brandon, MS, Mary Kay Tucker Daniels (Rodney) of Madison, MS, and Tabatha Tucker Blue (Trey) of Dauphin Island, AL as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Boman Tanner and Margaret (Stewart) Tanner of Meridian, MS; her siblings, Boman Tanner Jr., Joe Tanner, Dorothy Long, Della Saint, Arlene Riley, and Barbara Linton all of MS, and her brother-in-law, Robert Tucker of Meridian, MS.
