Edna Penny Ishie

A memorial service for Edna Penny Ishie will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Union Baptist Church in Kemper Co. with Bro. Mike Vick officiating.

Mrs. Ishie passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at her home in Kemper Co.

She is survived by her children, Barron Ishie (Shelly) and Judi Clay (Bill); grandchildren; great grandchildren; sisters, Katie Robinson and Claudine Scruggs; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Ishie; son, Sammy Ishie; parents, James F. and Hilda Penny; brothers, F.K. Penny, Leon Penny, Herman Penny, and Jack Penny; and sister, Helen Warren.
