A graveside service for Dorothy Jean McMullan will be Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11:00 am at Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery in Collinsville. Pastor Robert Hughes will be officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is handling her arrangements.
Mrs. McMullan, 84, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Diversicare of Meridian.
Mrs. McMullan had the biggest servant’s heart. She absolutely loved taking care of her family. She was a tender, soft-spoken lady who loved to cook, and was especially well known for her chili and spaghetti.
Mrs. McMullan was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Olivia Poole; a son Charles “Sonny” McMullan Jr. and a grandson Charles “Jake” McMullan III.
She is survived by her husband Charles “Cheese” McMullan Sr., her children Jimmy Ray McMullan and Wanda Litchfield; grandchildren Michelle McMahan, Justin McMullan, Jason McMullan, Billy Ray Litchfield, Olivia Hughes, Daniel McMullan and 14 great grandchildren.
