Doris "Jean" EllaJean Frazier

A graveside service for Doris “Jean” EllaJean Frazier will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Mike Vick officiating. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Frazier, 94, of Kemper County, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023, at Poplar Springs Nursing Center.

Jean attended cosmetology school and operated Jean’s Beauty shop in the Damascus community for many years. She was a member of Frazier Grove Church of God and was also affiliated with Union Baptist Church.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and great great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William Fred Frazier; son, Larry Gayland Frazier; parents, William Monroe and Mamie Hendon Thompson; and sisters, Audrey Hand, Virginia Plinke, Rubye Hand, Irene Caldwell, and Dorothy Boggan.
