Donald Griffin

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mr. Donald Eugene “Donnie” Griffin.

Mr. Griffin, 62, of DeKalb, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 in New Orleans.

He was a hotel accounting manager for Hotel DeLaMonnaie in New Orleans.

Mr. Griffin is survived by his siblings Lisa Kistler (Kent), Judy Johnston (Butch), Dennis Griffin.

He is also survived by his best friend and partner Jimmy Spinks and his good friend Brad Persons along with his niece Christy Holifield (Lance); nephews Chad Woodall and Clark Kistler. He also leaves behind a host of friends in New Orleans, Meridian and DeKalb.

Mr. Griffin was predeceased by his parents Wilmer and Jane Griffin and brother David Griffin.
