Services for Deborah Kay Rash will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 12:00 p.m. at Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North with Bro. Wesley Landrum and Bro. Michael Rice officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Rash, 71, of Collinsville, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026, at her residence.

Deborah was one of a kind and lit up every room she entered. She spent many days cooking, swinging on her porch swing, and spending time with family. She spent her career as a food service worker in school cafeterias, eventually retiring from West Lauderdale. She will be remembered most for being a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Robert Rash; sons, Justin Harper (Amanda) and Steve Harper (Jennifer); grandson, Remington Grantham; granddaughters, Braylyn and Maley Harper; and sisters, Ruby Alexander and Linda Weatherford.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Harper; parents, Raymond and Jewel Smith; and brother, Hank Smith.

Pallbearers will include Remington Grantham, Willie Grantham, Steven Lee, David Pierce, Shawn Smith, and Clint Smith.

A visitation will be held Tuesday evening, May 5, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North.
