Mr. Deen, 34, of Meridian, passed away March 20, 2020 at Rush Foundation Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Dexter and Susan Deen; siblings, Paul and Ashley Deen; and sons, Jayden Michael (10) and Jayson Allen (6).
