Charles Bullard

Memorial services for Mr. Charles Thomas “Tommy” Bullard will be held Tuesday at 3pm in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home.  Rev. Charles Robinson will be officiating.

Mr. Bullard, 57, of Bailey, passed away Wednesday at his residence. He, along with his wife Tina, were the owners of T&T Auto and was known as the "best mechanic around." During his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Tina McCarter Bullard; daughters Dana Davis and husband Rick, Danielle Bullard, Ashley Bishop and husband Colby; mother Betty Bullard; sisters Charlene Dempsey, Gloria Gibson and Rena Hanson. Mr. Bullard is also survived by his grandchildren Caden, Destiny, Aubrey, Kinzley, Cason and Conner.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Oliver Bullard and sister Vanessa Keith.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
