Carolyn Ann Hinson

A graveside service for Carolyn Ann Hinson will be held Monday, November 27, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Sunny South Baptist Church Cemetery in Pine Hill, AL with Bro. Brian Malone officiating. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-North is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Miss Hinson, 71, of Lauderdale, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023, at her residence.

Carolyn graduated from Pine Hill High School in 1970. She then went on to get her degree in accounting. She served the Marengo County School System as an accountant for 25 years until her retirement in 1999. She was a member of Sunny South Baptist Church, and in her spare time she enjoyed reading and crafting.

She is survived by her sister, Terri Wright (Jeff Jr.); nephew, Patrick Wright; numerous cousins; and her companions, dogs, Jack and Dixie and cat, Tootsie.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Otis and Earline Filbert Hinson.
