Barbara Garrison

A celebration of life service for Barbara Garrison will be held Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home in Meridian, with Bro. Joey Shelton officiating.

Ms. Garrison, age 83, of Meridian, passed away July 23 at Anderson's.

Barbara worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly sixty years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and dearly loved spending time with them.

Barbara is survived by her children, Nancy Valles and Cary (Nancy) Rose; grandchildren, Amber (Bradley) Mayo, Danny (Brianna) Alford, Joey (Tarrah) Rose, Jessica (Josh) Schultz and Meagan (Will) Anderson; great-grandchildren, Grayson Rose, Wyatt Rose, Levi Schultz, Branch Schultz and Kemper Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mattie Mitchell Westmoreland and Roger Rush, and her brother, Bernard Rush.
