Alice Dale Miles

Graveside Services for Alice Dale Miles will be held on Monday, December 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the Jones Chapel Church of God Cemetery with Bro. Ron Leonard and Bro. Doug Anderson officiating the services. The graveside service will be open to all family and friends. Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes is honored to be in charge of the arrangements.

Dale passed away on Friday, December 19th, at her home in the Clarkdale Community, surrounded by her loved ones, and entered into her Heavenly home.

Dale was a sweet, loving woman who devoted her life to taking care of her family and serving in her church. She loved her Lord, her children, grandchildren and great grands, and her precious canine companion, Pepper. One of her favorite past times was sewing and she loved playing sudoku.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Malachi and Lessie Alice (Pogue) Anderson; sister, Joan Moulds; and the love of her life, her devoted husband, Daniel Wade Miles.

She is survived by children, Michael Wade Miles (Sissy) and Dana Lynn Smith (her beloved son-in-law, Paul); her grandchildren, Joseph Miles (Abby), Reanna Miles, Miles Barrett ( Danielle), Capri Daugherty (Brett), and Abby Smith (Jeremy); her brother, Rex Anderson (Gwen), and a legacy of eight great grandchildren and one on the way.

Serving as Pallbearers for Dale’s service will be Miles Barrett, Joseph Miles, Buck Winstead, Gary Winstead, Jeff Anderson, and Gabe Murren. Honorary Pallbearers are Robert Holladay, Jason Holladay, Jack Rush, and Wesley Lewis.
